- Cancellations and Refunds: a. Cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe, as indicated during the booking process, to qualify for a refund. b. Refunds are subject to the Company's refund policy and any applicable fees.
- Passenger Conduct: a. Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during the duration of their ride. b. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger misconduct will be the responsibility of the passenger and may incur additional charges.
- Limitation of Liability: a. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the provision of services, including but not limited to delays, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances. b. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings, and the Company is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Privacy and Confidentiality: a. The Company respects the privacy and confidentiality of its customers and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company operates.
- Amendments and Modifications: a. The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Company's website.
